About Eva

eva pinkley private yoga in nyc

I guide students through breath, movement, and meditation to cultivate presence, resilience and an attuned connection to the body.

My work includes in-studio classes, boutique small-group offerings and private sessions for discerning clients seeking a highly personalized experience. Each class is tailored with precision to meet individual needs, physical considerations and the specific energy of the room.

My teaching is grounded in breath-led flow and informed by extensive training. I received my 200-hour certification from Prema Yoga Brooklyn. I completed Cheri Clampett and Arturo Peal’s Therapeutic Yoga Training Program at Integral Yoga in NYC, along with a number of additional trainings and immersions that continue to deepen my perspective and experience.

My own practice carried me through breast cancer, an eating disorder and trauma related to family addiction. The simple act of returning to the mat—without expectation, without performance—became a steadying force.

That experience shapes my work today: a commitment to offering public and private classes that are both refined and supportive, and create space for students to meet themselves with clarity and care.
